Paneer Sprouts Samosa



  • 1 1/2 cup maida flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup sprouted green lentils
  • 150 gram paneer
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
Coriander leaves, mint - a little
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam spice
  •  The required amount ofsalt
  • 500 ml of oil


  1. In a wide bowl, mix together maida flour, wheat flour and salt as needed. Then add a little water and knead. Mix a tablespoon of oil with this and press for 5 minutes. Keep the paneer well
  2. Chop the onions and carrots. Boil the sprouted green beans with a little water.
  3. Heat a little oil in the skillet and add cumin and cumin. Once the cumin is fried, add the carrots and saut நன்கு well. Then add the boiled green beans and mix well. Add the coriander leaves and mint.
  4. Then add the paneer , salt, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well. Once the mixture has cooled, add the chopped onion and mix well. In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of maida flour with two tablespoons of water.
  5. Roll the pre-masa-wheat flour into small pellets. Make loaves into thin saplings, then cut into squares. Sprinkle some dough on top of each square. Arrange four saplings on top of one another.
  6. Now lightly heat chapathi on the hot saucepan on both sides for one minute. Then slowly divide each square. Cut each square back into triangle shape. Trace the mita paste that has dissolved around the triangle.
  7. Fold each triangle into a cone shape and fill it with paneer-sprout mixture. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the samosas in a moderate heat.
